random random as fast as you can, can't catch me I'm snorkel!

I'm dead... tired

don't try to wake me up even if the sun really does come out tomorrow

And for a very good reason!

For the first time in months, I went running. But running simply wasn't enough. First I did 25 push ups and sit upts, then 25 pushups while lifting 10 lb weights every 'up', then 50 more sit ups while curling 20 lb weights and doing bycicles with my legs the whole time while sitting up. Then did some standing stretches and back to the 10 lb weights while I shadow boxed for 10 minutes with weights in hand, then ran in place with the 20 lbs. Mind you, this was with 2 lit candles and my heater on full blast facing directly at me... Maybe I overdid it, but my tummy is starting to come out of its place and it's time i smack it back where it belongs. So with all the weight and resistance warm up done in about an hour, I got some pants and a jacket and went for a run. Did a straight sprint for 3/4 of a mile without stopping or slowing, and now I am coughing and huffing and puffing and shaking all over, and loving every minute of it! I know I'll be sore tomorrow, but it's ok, I'm gonna get this bad boy back and 3 times better than shown here by the end of spring even if it takes more of these ridiculous 10:30 pm workouts. (I'm basically going to extend hellweek into 3 months and try to pace it, minus 'the wall')
^this was me...2 years ago before i got a car and a job that required no work at all.

So anyways, here I am, 11:25 and not sure how to get to sleep now that I'm physically exhausted but mentally hyper. If only a certain someone were here to give me a back rub I'd be asleep in a minute flat haha. Oh well, for now I just have to write in a blog and listen to music. I can't wait for class tomorrow. Not sure if we're going over anything relavent, however you spell it. But just being able to get off early and play with photoshop is so worth it haha!

Well, gonna get back to real life. til next time!

It's wearing me out, but I'm wearing you down.

So here you have an interesting video to accompany a song from one of my favorite bands, Anberlin. Give it a look-see and see what you think about it.

My first impression after hearing the song was that he was in love with someone who was otherwise impossible and being difficult to work with, but he believes he can crack her shell. Even though he's being worn out, he's eventually getting through to her and breaking down the walls she put up.

Then upon watching the video it seemed to come to life as the girl is like a manakin (however you spell it) and not making any effort while the lead guy has to try to literally force her to love him, and in the process the beads seem to represent his life force, so as to say he's pouring his life out, or in some sense she is seemingly sucking the life out of him with her cold behavior.

Then I found this little article quoting the lead singer's take on it. "Love is a friction, a chemistry, said Anberlin's front man, Stephen Christian. We need to fight it out in a good way, not with threats of leaving, but to, in love, find an understanding." -Chacha

As trippy and unusual as the video is with the lead singer sporting the Johnny Bravo / fonzie look, the song itself is still amazing and I can't stop watching it over and over. So I figured hey, why not just share it? So enjoy it, and check out the rest of their album. Especially the songs Down, To The Wolves, Pray Tell, and We Owe This To Ourselves. Can't get enough of these guys!

Okay, well I just was feeling an overflowing amount of creative juices and after failing to find a good photo idea to create an outlet, I decided to write somewhat of a review or perhaps just share the video that is stuck in my head. =P

'Til next time!
