What one thing are you exceptionally bad at?

Public speaking... which is ironic, since my childhood dream was to be on whose line is it anyway, or at least in some sort of comedic acting. I can sit here and think of so many amazing things in my head, but if i had to stand in front of a bunch of strangers and act them out i get shakey and sllurr my speech. That's why I won all the Improv competitions. I forget lines and can't keep with a simple script, but throw me on stage witha rough idea and a few other roles and you've got yourself a show!

Would you rather swim in a pool or the ocean?

If it was a pool with those "perfect" waves machine, i'd be all over that. perfect tempurature with perfect waves without the worry of disease and predators and oil spills... I'd swim in that every day!

Ask me anything

Four words that need no explaination

Four words that need no explanation

For all the people in the world that don't understand
Exactly what it is we have here in this motherland
See the Father's hand started up a master plan
There's been many through the test of time take a stand
But had they ran who knows where we would be now
I thank God it's something I don't have to think about

Instead my thoughts are on the ones who laid it on the line
KIA gave their lives to let freedom shine

But in the meantime I think of those of your kind
And wonder how it is you get things so messed up inside your mind
Just think a second how long it's been going on before you
They're the one's who even helped you have the right to argue

Stop complaining, move along
Open your eyes and see what's going on
We need to get back to the ways of the days of old
One nation under God indivisible

All the people let me hear you give a holler
In God we trust, In God we trust
We stamp it on our penny, nickel, dime, quarter, dollar
In God we trust, In God we trust

The people of the nation let me hear you give a holler
In God we trust, In God we trust
We stamp it on our penny, nickel, dime, quarter, dollar
In God we trust, In God we trust

The other day I saw the news somebody else complaining
They want the motto taken off of the Benjamin Franklin
They got a problem with my God and that I believe in it
But the don't got a problem with the money when they spend it

They're so offended by 4 words that need no explanation
In GOD we trust the motto of this greatest nation
Not just a motto but something that we truly believe
If you don't like it you can pack a bag and you can leave

One nation under God indivisible
You can't take back that, that was never yours

Indivisible, by Pillar

I now pronounce you FINALLY FINISHED!

I know, I know, it's 2:25 in the morning... I'm bad. But I promised myself not to sleep until these photos were finished today, so despite taking melatonin at 11:20 as I also promised, I somehow managed to finish the photos. Thanks root beer!

So, without further delay, here is the fruit of my labor. From the 427 I took, I chose 64 keepers, and from those 64 keepers I chose 13 of my own personal favorites to share. Check 'em out and let me know what you think!

Sorry I've been flaking on the blog and photos lately... not going to make excuses, because I honestly don't know where all my time went. I can't think of anything to hold responsible for my lack of motivation. This week I got to use the macro lens and take some fun pictures of the world that is invisible to the naked eye. Hopefully I'll have those ones up some time soon, but until then, feel free to take a look and show some love... or un-love, whichever it is you feel necessary, any feedback at this point would be great. Thanks!
